Clinical study to evaluate the safety of a 4-month intervention using a ketogenic diet versus a low-calorie diet in obese diabetic patients. Weight reduction and effectiveness of metabolic control were also compared. Study presented at the World Diabetes Congress (Dubai, 2011).
